Due to the custom nature of our printed products, including business cards, letterheads, brochures, and other promotional materials, we operate under specific return and refund guidelines. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns and provide replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Printing defects: If your order contains visible printing defects such as smudging, misalignment, color banding, or other quality issues that deviate from industry standards
  • Incorrect finishing: If the finishing options (foil stamping, embossing, lamination, etc.) were not applied correctly or differ from your order specifications
  • Wrong materials: If we used a different paper stock, weight, or finish than what you specified in your order
  • Quantity discrepancies: If you received fewer items than you ordered (note: industry standard allows for a variance of +/- 5%)
  • Shipping damage: If your products were damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging

When Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Customer errors in the submitted artwork or design files, including spelling mistakes, incorrect contact information, or design elements
  • Color variations that fall within acceptable industry tolerances (colors may vary slightly from screen displays due to monitor calibration and printing processes)
  • Changes of mind after production has begun
  • Orders that were approved through our proof approval process
  • Products that have been used, distributed, or altered after delivery
  • Delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Proof Approval Process

For all orders, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval before proceeding with production. This proof shows how your final printed product will appear, including layout, text, colors, and finishing options. Once you approve the proof, you are confirming that all elements are correct and that you authorize us to proceed with printing.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review all aspects of the proof, including:

  • Spelling and grammar of all text content
  • Accuracy of contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and website URLs
  • Positioning and alignment of all design elements
  • Image quality and resolution
  • Color representation (keeping in mind that screen colors may vary from printed colors)
  • Correct selection of paper stock, finish, and special finishing options

After proof approval, any errors or issues related to the approved content are the responsibility of the customer, and no refunds or reprints will be provided for such issues.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund based on the criteria outlined above, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email or phone
  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  • Include clear photographs showing the defect or issue with the printed materials
  • Keep the original packaging and all materials in case we need to inspect them

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 3-5 business days and contact you with a resolution. If additional information or physical inspection is needed, we will provide instructions for returning the materials to our facility.

Resolution Options

If we determine that your return request is valid, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Reprint: We will reprint your order with the correct specifications at no additional cost
  • Partial refund: If the issue affects only a portion of your order, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the affected items
  • Full refund: In cases of significant defects or errors on our part, we may offer a full refund of your order total
  • Store credit: We may offer store credit for future orders as an alternative to a monetary refund

Shipping Costs

If a return or reprint is approved due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs associated with returning defective materials and sending replacements. If the return is due to customer error or change of preference, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution and the original payment method used. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.

Rush Orders and Expedited Services

Rush order fees and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the delay was caused by our error. If we fail to meet the promised delivery date for a rush order due to production issues on our end, we will refund the rush fee and work with you to expedite the corrected order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before proof approval. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, cancellation fees may apply as follows:

  • Cancellation before proof approval: Full refund
  • Cancellation after proof approval but before production: 25% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation during production: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation after production is complete: No refund available
